- intain all refrigeration, HVAC, EMS systems, electrical, and mechanical systems and make necessary repairs.
- rforms preventative maintenance tasks, leak checks, inspections and records required information and maintains jurisdictionally applicable records, EPA forms and required documentation in both paper form at store and electronic in Corrigo and Trakref.
- nitors preventive maintenance work done by outside contractors and notifies Area Refrigeration Manager of issues or problems with outside contractors.
- sponsible for troubleshooting refrigeration, HVAC, mechanical and electrical problems, performing repairs, documenting solutions and recommending further action.
- intains a high technical level in troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- nage communications for service calls in a timely manner as required.
- intain current license, inspection, permit, and certificate requirements to meet all state and local codes.
- erates EMS building controls and automation systems.
EMS / BMS
systems.- rform a variety of administrative tasks such as: ordering material and writing purchase orders, and data entry for work reports and refrigerant leak reports via company supplied electronics.
- rform all duties in a timely, efficient, & professional manner.
- intain a neat, clean and safe work area in mechanical room, roof, service vehicle, etc.
Qu alifications:
The following are preferred: Ed ucationLevel:
- gh School diploma or equivalent. Graduate of building related vocational
- technical programs are preferred.
Level:
- nimum of five years recent experience performing refrigeration service, or maintenance work in building related trades.
Experiences:
- cellent verbal and written communication skills.
- le to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy and care to avoid mechanical breakdowns.
- le to respond to direct and radio requests as soon as possible.
- le to maintain proper neat uniform appearance of Company provided work shirt and employee provided clean blue jeans without holes or tears.
- ar required Personal Protective Equipment as required including arc flash and safety glasses.
- st be computer literate.
- st possess a valid driver's license.
- st possess an EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
- ility to read and comprehend manuals, prints, and work orders.
- owledge of tools and equipment maintenance.
- neral record keeping skills.
- stomer service orientation and sensitivity to diverse needs of coworkers, employees, and other persons contacted in the daily course of work.

PH YSICAL ENVIRONMENT
- st work is performed in both indoor and outdoor work environments.

TR AVEL REQUIREMENTS
40 %+ of time is spent traveling. Th e hourly pay is $38- $53 per hour but no less than the local minimum wage.
