This role is essential in supporting various HR functions and ensuring a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in human resources practices, including talent management, employee orientation, and change management. You will play a pivotal role in fostering employee engagement and supporting the overall HR strategy. Duties Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process to attract top talent. Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding experiences. Oversee talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and career development. Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for maintaining accurate employee records and data management. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support change management processes by communicating effectively with employees about transitions within the organization. Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture. Assist with administrative tasks related to HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Experience The ideal candidate should have: Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role. Strong interviewing skills with an ability to assess candidates effectively. Familiarity with talent management strategies and employee development practices. Experience with HRIS systems; knowledge of Paychex is a plus. Background in training development and implementation. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
