Allocating Technical Action parts to dealers from Regional Distribution Centers (RDC) when demand exceeds supply. This involves receiving VIN-specific recall part requests from dealers via IDS tickets, validating criteria, and placing orders on the dealer's behalf or communicating why the order cannot be placed. Process recall IDS tickets efficiently, accurately, according to priority strategy, and within the department response-time target. Executes established dealer allocation strategies for all Technical Action parts (e.g., recalls, service actions, class actions) to ensure vehicles are repaired quickly and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Compiles accurate and timely data analyses to support seamless distribution of the technical action parts assortment, focusing on part supply actual vs. planned, actual vs. forecasted demands, and proactive identification of parts and processes requiring attention. Escalates and informs Parts Logistics Management of part availability issues, material flow challenges, and informs RDC teams of inbound/outbound processing delays. Supports effective internal communications by gathering data and maintaining up-to-date shared files on MS Teams for all Technical Actions (e.g., overall supply requirements, VDC supply requirements, actual vs. forecasted supply plan). Acts as the RDC on-site recall part liaison. Relocation is available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years general office experience, inventory management, supply chain operations or logistics, Automotive experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Organized, detail oriented with focus on quality, able to manage competing priorities, and thrives working independently in a hybrid/remote work environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with other departments. Familiarity with SAP, specifically the order entry transactions for shipping parts from RDC's to dealers.WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO.

The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer. All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule.
