Youll have a solid understanding of Commercial Construction, such as installing windows, doors and their hardware, Interior finish work to include cabinet installation as well as, erecting scaffolding and ladders. This is a full-time position assisting in all phases of construction..\ \

Skilled Carpenter Qualifications:

High School Graduate/Technical Degree/Bachelors Degree Minimum 3-5 years experience in Commercial Construction Proficiency with wood framed construction and finish work Provide own hand tools; Use effectively and safely Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot Adhere to strict safety guidelines Work with limited supervision and as part of a team Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Ability to travel within the State of Maine Ability to Stand or Walk for extended periods of time, Lift 25-50 lbs w/ good body mechanics, good vision with color discrimination and depth perception \
