As an Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor, you will help build a strong foundation for aspiring electricians through hands-on teaching and mentorship. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Participating in instructor training sessions and ongoing professional development offered by the college to stay current in teaching methods and industry practices. Delivering engaging, high-quality instruction aligned with course syllabi and lesson plans that support student learning outcomes. Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive, timely feedback. Supporting student success by mentoring and guiding them toward program completion, licensing or certification, and employment in the electrical field. Fostering a learning environment emphasizing safety, technical proficiency, and professional growth.What We're Looking For:
Education Requirements:
A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.Licenses:
Must hold a current Journeyman or Master Electrician license.Professional Development:
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in the electrical field.Organizational Abilities:
