What You'll Do:
Gear Up and Get to Work
  • Install solar panels and systems on homes, roofs, and ground arrays like a renewable energy rockstar. Get Wired
  • Hook up inverters, run clean wiring, and make sure every connection is safe, solid, and solar-powered. Climb and Shine
  • Assess rooftops, check structure integrity, and secure hardware like a pro (because quality matters). Be the Detail Hero
  • Check, double-check, and sign off on top-notch installations. Stay Safe
  • Follow all PPE protocols and jobsite safety rules—our crews work smart and safe. Wow the Customer
  • Talk to homeowners with confidence, answer questions, and represent TriSMART with pride. Keep it Rolling
  • Help with routine system maintenance and minor repairs to keep everything running smoothly. Never Stop Growing
  • Take part in training and stay sharp on the latest tools, tech, and trends in solar.
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent Solar install experience preferred—but not required (we train!) Knowledge of wiring and construction is a big plus Comfortable working at heights and in all weather Team player with a sharp eye for detail and problem-solving Great communication skills and positive attitude Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What's In It for
