Key Responsibilities:
Travel to properties across the assigned portfolio, providing operational and training support. Step in to fill vacancies in property management, ensuring continuity in operations. Collaborate closely with Regional Property Managers to enhance property performance. Onboard and train new associates in your region, contributing to their growth and success. Support the implementation of company initiatives and operational roll-outs, helping to drive efficiency and results. Why This Role is Perfect forYou:
This position offers a great opportunity for a Property Manager with at least 3 years of LIHTC experience who is ready for a new challenge and loves the idea of traveling to different locations. You'll work closely with regional leaders, making a real impact while expanding your skills and experience. Minimum of 3 years of LIHTC experience. Ability to travel up to 90% of the time. Strong data collection, analysis, and auditing skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Yardi. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
