Home Remodeling Technician CRE Bloomington, IN 47401 Full-time remodel technician will be responsible for repairs, remodeling and maintenance Responsibilities may include:

• General maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshooting , repair and maintenance of electrical and plumbing on buildings and individual units.
• General construction including framing, light carpentry and repair work.
• Building maintenance.
• Appliance repairs
• Drywall and painting
• Kitchens and baths
• Other handy type work as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the repair and remodel field
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Professional appearance and good work ethic.
