Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Administering the Service Management platform, ensuring its security and availability.
- Consulting and providing subject matter expertise for team efficiency improvements and further integration with other systems.
- Managing and administering the daily operations of cloud-based internal infrastructure on the service management platform and connected systems.
- Maintaining and enhancing the service management platform.
- Scheduling, installing, and testing system software upgrades and changes, while maintaining a relevant changelog.
- Collaborating with Governance, EPMO, Sales, Ops, and Technology teams to understand, triage, and support the needs of the organization.
- Developing reporting capabilities and metrics for senior management.
- Implementing and automating workflows within and across systems, leveraging technologies such as Python, Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact with third-party system providers and consultants connected to the platform.
- Identifying operational weaknesses and helping improve or innovate new processes.
- Leveraging a repository such as Gitlab for CI/CD pipeline for automation code leveraged by the platform.
- Using knowledge of Asana, Trello, JIRA, or other similar project management software for tracking development.
- Executing projects with little direction and professionally, exercising independent judgment.
- Communicating issues, impacts, and corrective actions in written and verbal form following change management procedures. Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 3 years experience as a Systems Administrator Service Management or in a related field
- Proficient in Cloud Technologies and AB Testing
- Demonstrated experience in Active Directory and Backup Technologies
- Capable of performing Cluster Analysis and managing Computer Hardware
- Proficient in the use of Okta and Software Upgrades
- Skilled in Process Documentation and Technical Documentation
- Experience with Freshdesk and Python
- Familiarity with Azure Admin Center, Azure API Management, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Azure
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate
- Proficient with ITSM Platform, ITSM, ITSM Modules, ITSM Suite, and ITSM Tools
- Experience with Intune is a plus Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
