Candidates must be customer focused to ensure that the experience at every stop exceeds their expectations. As a Route Sales Driver you will start out learning the business riding with another driver/supervisor and then once qualified move up to supervise the sales and routes of your own truck.

Responsibilities include:

- Responsible for day to day route operations including sales, collection of cores, inventory of customer's batteries, as well as inventory on the truck. - Candidates must have at least a Class B CDL . Route Drivers have a base pay with a bonus package based on the key elements of operating our routes to their maximum potential that allows the potential candidate to make up to 70k a year in total compensation. In addition to the base pay and bonus package, we offer generous benefits including 1 week vacation in the first year, paid time off, uniforms, healthcare coverage, retirement plan and a support staff second to none in our industry. This is a Very physical job which entails some heavy lifting at times which will be evaluated during the interview process.
