BE CREATIVE TO BE UNIQUE
" Essential Duties and Responsibilities Read prints and understand GD&T Generate prints/proofs for manufacturable parts Design and develop tooling for manufacturing. This includes creating files and films for screen-printed separations, embossing dies, steel rule dies, and pad printing applications Responsible for checking the initial use of tooling for accuracy and quality Design internal graphics and documents. This includes signs, floor plans, technical documents, drawings, prints, directions of procedures, or any other requests Manage your workload promptly and efficiently Maintain confidentiality of information regarding customer-contracted product development Requirements Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Xcel and Microsoft Office experience a plus Must be familiar with or have a working knowledge of quality systems, safety requirements, manufacturing process flows, and how to follow work instructions Ability to work independently and self-directed Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Possess solid attention to detail
Basic Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or G.E.D required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Experience in 3D program design and experience in screen printing on polymer films are both preferred but not required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to work in cooperation with others. Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments. Must be able to take direction from supervisors. Must be able to communicate effectively with others. Must be reliable to come to work and have a reliable form of transportation. This position is 100% onsite. We are not able to accommodate remote or hybrid work schedules.

7:00am to 4:30pm,
Friday:
7:00am to 11:00am. Can be flexible on the hours.
