Compensation:

$75,000 - $165,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market Buyer lead follow-up Buyer sales Buyer lead generation CRM and Database management Close appointments Sales scripts mastery Close sales

Qualifications:

Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired Show a track record of real estate success A real estate license is required Good communication Commission opportunity Sales experience Must live within the greater Phoenix area About Company The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
