years 2 years Communication skills Full Job Description Bellwood Labs is seeking a Power Apps Developer to join our growing team, focused on building business-critical applications with the Microsoft Power Platform. In this role, you'll architect, design, and deliver solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse — accelerating time-to-value across our clients' initiatives. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of Power Platform experience, proficiency with React, a strong ownership mindset, and a passion for creating efficient, scalable solutions in environments where ambiguity is common, flexibility is key, and empathy for users is the North Star. Key Responsibilities Design and build applications using Power Apps, and Power Automate. Develop advanced formulas and custom logic using Power Fx. Architect secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions within the Power Platform. Selectively integrate best practices from modern web applications using React Components Integrate external systems with Power Platform where needed. Collaborate closely with stakeholders in a lightly structured environment Participate in regular in-person touch points (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) for team collaboration and problem-solving. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience developing with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Strong familiarity with React and proper use of Components Expertise in building Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps. Proficient in Power Fx. Strong understanding of Dataverse security structures, relationships, and governance. Demonstrated ability to independently architect and deliver technical solutions. Comfortable operating with minimal supervision, managing multiple initiatives with shifting priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience building custom components with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF Controls). Familiarity with external data integration and external-facing Power Platform solutions. Prior experience in agile or lightly structured product development environments. Background working in multi-product, fast-paced environments. Interest in AI-driven automation and higher levels of abstraction in development workflows.

These events are essential for our organizational goals and provide valuable opportunities for team engagement and collaboration. This role is based in Atlanta and requires frequent meetings with clients at their offices and in public places (typically 3 days per week, plus on-site quarterly planning 4x per year). Occasional local meetings with key team members are also expected, the role is otherwise remote / work from home.
