The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product Lifecycle Management. The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 and $170,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components and templates. Provide technical guidance and support to AEM support engineers and system engineers. Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions. Manage the authoring and publishing processes within AEM to ensure content accuracy and consistency. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM. Develop and maintain technical documentation for AEM solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for AEM projects. Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM solutions. Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends. Mentor and train junior team members on AEM best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of AEM processes and methodologies. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining AEM components and templates.
