Recruiting Full Job Description Job Summary:

Responsible for implementing decisions, strategies, best practices related to all recruiting and onboarding efforts for the Human Resources Department. Responsible for analyzing and implementing programs for Employee Retention, Training and Succession Planning. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree, or its equivalency in experience and/or training. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred Position Responsibilities / Objectives Responsible for all recruiting and onboarding efforts for the Human Resources Department. Build networks with High Schools, Colleges and Trade Schools to seek out qualified candidates. Attend Job Fairs and High School Career Fairs for recruiting and company relationships. Assure that each Facility is meeting the goals and objectives of the Recruiting and Onboarding program. Assist in the creation and implementation of a strategic, multi-faceted communications program designed to build and strengthen the organization's role in communicating all internal news and announcements. Identify opportunities to support organizational initiatives and develop communications materials and programs to promote and publicize these activities. Aid in the development, implementation and management of external communications efforts. Assist in creating, writing and implementing training programs throughout the company to aid in the retentions of employees
