Building a foundational pipeline of healthcare professionals using a multifaceted strategy involving cold outreach, re-engaging sourced candidates, database utilization, generating referrals, and posting via social media to attract top talent. Developing strong rapport and staying connected with prospective candidates, understanding their needs, and identifying potential contracts. Partnering closely with the Payroll and Compliance teams to address any challenges or issues that may arise before or during nurses' assignments. Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity metrics and performance targets. What You'll Bring to the Team... Experience or adeptness in handling multiple solutions concurrently (a CRM, an ATS, Excel, Microsoft Teams). A proactive and autonomous work ethic that delivers results.
