Maintains equipment and systems through component removal, replacement, repair, and upgrades Troubleshoots problems to identify faulty components Conducts complex functional tests using appropriate equipment Performs various inspections according to maintenance documentation Documents all maintenance and inspection actions as required Trains and provides support to less experienced technicians Works under general direction

Required Experience:

4+ years of aviation maintenance experience Military background M240 weapons maintenance experience Preferred Experience Experience working with flare buckets Education Requirements High School diploma/GED with typically 4+ years related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience such as: Vocational school/Associate degree + 2 years related experience Bachelor's degree.
