If you enjoy helping others and flourish in a fast-paced environment, you might be a fit for Progressive's insurance agent position. In this work-from-home role, you'll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls - no cold calling, no commission! You'll assist customers with their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer available products tailored to their needs. Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we'll provide the technology and systems to make the sales process easy, so you can focus on the customer. Join our Customer Care team at Progressive and utilize your customer service, communication, and organizational skills to grow your career. This is a remote position; preferred candidates live within the state of Missouri. Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available. Must-have qualifications Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license A minimum of two years relevant work experience. {OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary education Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read) Training starts March 2025
Schedule:
This is a full-time position.
