The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and providing exceptional service to build long-term relationships. This role involves sales, client consultation, and policy management across various types of insurance, including life, health, auto, home, and business coverage.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Consultation :
Identify potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend appropriate policies.
Policy Management :
Assist clients in selecting, modifying, and renewing insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
Develop new business by networking, cold calling, referrals, and following up on leads.
Customer Service :
Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries, handle policy adjustments, and assist with claims processing.
Market Research :
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new insurance products to better serve clients.
Compliance & Documentation :
Ensure all client interactions and policy sales comply with legal regulations and company policies. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess client needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills. Relevant insurance licensing (or willingness to obtain). Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in business or finance is a plus). Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
