Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting sophisticated and detailed research of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals/intent of the assigned products Work with business Product Owner and SMEs to prioritize feature development, based on the business value Work with technical teams to initiate and drive technical roadmap deliverables to completion. Elicit and create initial epics/features and elaborating into user scenarios that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements Deliver business requirements via artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframe diagrams, interaction diagrams, mockups/demos, etc Drive team excellence with proactive contributions towards continuous improvement. Collaborate with a multi-functional teams inside a Scrum framework Conduct work sessions and document new features, requirements, and strategies. Perform testing, track bugs, enhancements and ensure issues are resolved before promoting to production environments. Successfully handle multiple initiatives and balance constantly evolving priorities. Query and analyze data to estimate future and measure current solution impact. Develop business logic and critical metrics for incorporation into decision support models and tools. Construct problem statement including problem description and improvement measures. Always anticipate the next question•Drill down beyond the problem surface to understand root cause, business impact, and next steps. •Supply guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope. Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches. Develop and maintain internal customer relationships

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

(MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS

) 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise technology or airline organizations Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project Strong written, oral communication, and social skills Must have excellent planning and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication and facilitation skills. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

) Prior experience in working with complex enterprise Data and hands-on experience with querying and analysing data Ability to analyse and visualize data towards identifying the root cause of a business problem, building essential metrics and performing trend analysis Ability to solve complex business problems starting all the way from business services planning to scheduling, production and dispatch Hands-on experience w/Oracle SQL's Subject matter expert for your applications and take ownership for its development and performance. Solid Understanding of Agile/SDLC development methodologies Airline business experience, as well as business process re-engineering and/or extensive experience working with agile teams, is desirable
