Deep Expertise in
AI:
Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning concepts, including Neural Networks, Recurrent Neural Networks, and Transformers.
Programming Proficiency:
Expertise in programming languages like Python, with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
Data Analysis Skills:
Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and interpret results to inform model development.
Software Architecture Design:
Knowledge of designing scalable and robust software architectures for AI systems.
Cloud Computing:
Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for deploying and managing AI workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Gen AI Architect is responsible for designing and developing the architecture of Generative Artificial Intelligence Systems, utilizing expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Neural Networks to create intelligent systems capable of generating new data, like text, images, or code, based on input patterns and user interactions. Lead the Technical Vision for building complex AI systems that can learn and adapt to produce creative outputs across various applications.
Architecture Design:
Craft the overall system architecture for Gen AI applications, including data storage, processing pipelines, model selection, and deployment strategies to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Model Development:
Select, design, and implement appropriate generative AI models (like GANs, Transformers, VAEs) based on specific use cases, optimizing performance and addressing potential biases.
Data Engineering:
Oversee data preparation, cleaning, and transformation processes to ensure high-quality training data for AI models.
Algorithm Selection:
Evaluate and choose the best AI algorithms for the task at hand, considering factors like accuracy, computational cost, and interpretability.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and optimize the performance of Gen AI models, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to enhance generation quality and speed.
Integration and Deployment:
Work with development teams to integrate Gen AI models into existing applications and manage their deployment across different environments.
Research and Innovation:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI, exploring new techniques and potential applications to push the boundaries of the technology. Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until February/21/2025. The annual salary for this position is between $81,848 - $156,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
