Local Driver ShurGreen Farms 9159 State Route 118, Ansonia, OH 45303 Description ShurGreen Farms, LLC., is looking to hire a local driver pulling a tanker shift. This would be a noon to 8 pm daily shift. The driver would be responsible for the safe and timely pickup and delivery of goods. Best candidates are located within 15 miles of our Ansonia location. ShurGreen is an organic material recycling company. We combine deep industry expertise with expansive facilities and a wholly owned fleet of trucks, dry vans, tankers, semi-trailers, roll-off lidded containers, and refrigerated trailers. We serve customers in the food, beverage, liquid sludge, and packaging industries. Responsibilities Performs any duties as directed by supervisor Accurately perform a pre-trip inspection that includes tires, fuel, oil, etc. Physically fit to perform duties as assigned Report road incidents and mechanical issues to the dispatcher/operations Follow traffic laws Follow company accident and reporting procedures Have flexibility for start times, sending time, and scheduling Maintain a positive attitude with customers and coworkers Ability to pass DOT drug test Ability to work additional hours and occasional weekends to meet business needs Position Local noon to 8 pm shift pulling a tanker (farm load) Year-round work at 40 hours per week on average, with options to work additional hours Solo Driving Home daily Compensation $50,000 to $60,000 annually based on experience Benefits Healthcare reimbursement up to $400 401K plan with company match One week PTO to start Holiday pay available
