F Job Summary:
Responsible for invoicing, depositing, and accounting for accounts receivable.
Job Duties:
Prepare and complete daily reconciliations and deposits of funds collected throughout the various EBRSO divisions. Prepare invoice/billings and collect funds, as necessary. Set up new entities in Great Plains for accounts receivable Ensure correct coding of all payments made to EBRSO. Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statement accounts.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 3 years of related work experience . An Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field will substitute for the work experience. College and work experience may be combined to meet the equivalent work experience The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy; familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, as well as excellent organizational, time-management skills. They are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
