Compensation:
Hourly Rate:
$28 - $31 per hourExciting Benefits with the 3&3

Responsibilities:
As a Mobile General Skilled Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining business properties, ensuring they stay in top condition and helping clients avoid costly repairs. Operating from a fully-equipped service vehicle, you'll handle general repairs, small service projects, and deliver inspection and maintenance programs. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances, equipment, and building elements (walls, windows, doors, etc.). You'll also support our trade-specific technicians with minor HVAC and plumbing services.
Key Duties:
Perform general repairs and small service projectsTroubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and building elementsConduct inspections and maintenance programsProvide minor HVAC and plumbing supportCommunicate with customers to confirm requests and ensure satisfactionAdhere to safety procedures and building regulations
Skills and Expertise:
Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, etc.)Ability to provide repair estimatesStrong safety practices
Qualifications:
Proficient with tools and equipment (ladders, etc.)Polite, friendly, and professional demeanorExcellent customer service and focusStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to read blueprints, plans, and diagramsBudget management skillsProficient with palmtop computers (cellphones, tablets) for work orders and communication
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing) in the commercial market
Education:
