The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automotive repair and diagnostics, with the ability to work on a variety of vehicles. This role requires a strong mechanical knowledge base, along with the ability to align and repair diesel engines, and perform welding tasks as needed. The Master Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and recommend appropriate repairs. Execute automotive repair tasks efficiently, ensuring all work meets industry standards. Conduct auto estimating for repairs and services required on vehicles. Align vehicles accurately to manufacturer specifications. Repair and maintain diesel engines, utilizing specialized tools and techniques. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repair processes. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex automotive problems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Proven experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, with a strong focus on quality workmanship. Proficiency in welding techniques applicable to automotive applications is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex systems within vehicles. Familiarity with ADAS technologies and their integration into modern vehicles is a plus. Ability to read and interpret schematics effectively for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive technology are advantageous. Pay is based on having all ASE Certifications, Manufacturer Trainings, EV, Diesel and Transmission Training.
