The successful candidate will provide support for clerical and in the field users, software, as well as mobile devices, aiming for the highest functionality through best practices, innovation, creativity, and staying on the cutting edge of technology. They will also be responsible for helping with the training of users in multiple operational functions. This position will involve on the job training for systems in use at EMR, working closely with the current IT staff and software vendors. Our goal is to help support and maintain efficient systems and optimize technologies for business sustainability now and into the future. This position may involve traveling to various EMR offices or events. We offer competitive salary, excellent benefits, medical insurance starts 1st of the month after hire.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities :
Implementation and configuration of company software. System maintenance and troubleshooting. User support, training, and documentation. Process optimization. Data Management and Reporting. Vendor Management. Security and Compliance of company software system(s).
Qualifications :
