Job Description

Microsoft 365 Engineer Description We are seeking a senior Microsoft 365 engineer contractor to spearhead our Collaboration, Productivity and Compliance Technologies initiatives in Microsoft 365 GCC High. This role is critical in delivering premier advanced solution configurations. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the configuration of Microsoft 365 APPs including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Intune and SharePoint as well as Azure Active Directory (Entra), PowerApps, Power Automate and Security Compliance APPs. In addition, they are expected to be able to architect, deploy and tranfer new solution documentation to the Service Operations Support Team. The resource will interact with team members in the IT department from different levels to provide solutions that support IT. u Roles and Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 GCC High. Identify, implement, and configure solutions and M365 APPs to enhance organizational efficiency and automation. Implement MS Teams workflow solutions. Implement and improve Teams organization policies. Review / configure Exchange SPAM inbound / outbound / quaranntine policies to ensure best practice. Review / configure conditional access policies to ensure best practice. Using Microsoft GCC High Compliance Manager, assest CMMC and
NIST SP 800-171
compliance and implement specific actions / changes that improve / support compliance requirements and controls. Expereicne with DISA STIGs and applying STIG balelines to GCC High. Update and or define solutions with the latest
M365 GCC
High features and best practices. Create, update, and write documentation for standard operating procedures (SOP). Support and own Service Desk Work Orders to completion independently and with other team members. Support and own projects to completion independently and with other team members. Skills Microsoft 365 GCC High, CMMC, Microsoft 365 Technologies., NIST SP 800 Compliance Top Skills Details Microsoft 365 GCC High,CMMC,Microsoft 365 Technologies. Additional Skills & Qualifications Must have hands-on experience rather than management. Proven experience with M365 technologies, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Intune. Additional experience with the following

Experience managing Microsoft 365 GCC High platforms in a security compliance regulated environment, preferably in the government industry. Excellent solution engineering skills. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and a knack for creative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
