Accounts Receivable Specialist Trinity Flatwork, LLC Chesterfield, MO 63005 Mid-size construction company is seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Qualification Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years A/R experience. Candidate must be skilled in QuickBooks. Excel experience is a plus. Must remain accurate and organized while multi-tasking. Must possess problem-solving skills. Interact professionally and effectively with a variety of people. Professional phone and e-mail communication skills. Must have knowledge of general office equipment. Dependability is expected. Background check is required. Prefer associates degree or related experience; High School diploma or GED required. Concrete or construction office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Monitor contractor portals for PO's and process related documents. Enter new jobs and new customer information into QuickBooks. Create invoices and credit memo's. Create and track VPO's. Follow up with customers on past due invoices. Report unresolved payment problems to management. Create Profit and Loss Reports. Process lien releases for customers. Communicate professionally with contractors, customers, vendors, and co-workers. Assist with receptionist duties as needed. Maintain and update records. Other duties or special projects as assigned.
