Responsibilities:
\n', '\nWe are seeking an ambitious and energetic ', 'IT Support Specialist', ' to support our teams in the field. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don't suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.', "\nWhat You'll Do", '\nAnswer, evaluate and prioritize incoming calls, voice mails, emails, and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related issues.', '\nInstall, troubleshoot, train and support end-user hardware and peripherals.', '\nInstall, troubleshoot, train and support application software.', '\nMaintain and troubleshoot telephony systems.', '\nTroubleshoot and support end-user network connectivity including application and Internet connectivity.', '\nUtilize IT Support Service Desk ticketing system to create, track and resolve all support issues.', '\nWork with other groups in IT to support end-user connectivity to server, network infrastructure and applications.', '\nEscalate support issues to appropriate individual or group(s) for resolution.', '\nAssist in monitoring server, network performance, security and IT Infrastructure.', '\nCreate and maintain good technical documentation.', '\nOn-site branch support.', '\nA/V installations, maintenance and support.', '\nSetup, install, manage, troubleshoot, train and support all Clark Pest Control's mobile devices, mobile peripherals, PestPac Mobile and all mobile applications.', '\nPurchase and maintain inventory for cell phones and tablets. Track and order branch requests for mobile peripherals.', '\nWork closely with Rollins Desktop team to deploy Rollins/Clark image to workstations and laptops.', '\nWork closely with Rollins TSS Security Team to prevent and remediate vulnerabilities within the desktop environment. Qualifications:
\n', "\nWhat You'll Need", '\nExcellent customer service orientation and ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively with end-users of various technical skill levels.', '\nExcellent communication skills.', '\nAbility to handle multiple priorities with concurrent deadlines.', '\nAbility to function under fast-paced, stressful conditions.', '\nMust have analytical skills that will allow interpretation of customer/user needs into practical solutions.', '\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop OS and Microsoft Office.', '\nAdvanced knowledge of typical end-user hardware.', '\nKnowledge of Android and iOS phones, tablets, and other portable devices.', '\nFamiliar with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and other Microsoft and non-Microsoft servers.', '\nMust keep up to date on technical advancements by attending workshops or online courses.', '\nCurrent MCP and A+ certifications are preferred.', "\n2-3 years' experience working on a helpdesk or in a desktop support capacity supporting desktop applications, hardware, and peripherals is preferred.", "\nWhat's Required", '\nCandidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:', '\nYou must speak clearly and effectively in English and dress in a manner suited to a professional office.
