Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Consultant acts as a strategic advisor to AMN leaders, delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for both internal and external candidates. This role partners with hiring leaders to develop innovative talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the successful placement of experienced professionals. By encouraging long-term relationships and evaluating candidates' skills, potential, and cultural alignment, the Senior Consultant drives high-quality hiring outcomes. Job Responsibilities Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake meetings, sourcing strategies, candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, and communicating qualified talent to hiring leaders. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Develop a deep understanding of each division's core services and strategic goals through continuous engagement and collaboration. Proactively network with industry experts and professional associations to build a pipeline of passive talent. Maintain clear and consistent communication with all collaborators throughout the recruitment process. Build and sustain a steady pipeline of candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles through referrals, social media, and exploratory interviews. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed insights into the company, business strategy, department objectives, and role expectations. Extend job offers in alignment with compensation guidelines and hiring leader direction, leading all aspects of the offer and negotiation process. Key Skills & Qualifications Demonstrable ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong relationship-building skills with key customers and decision-makers. Adaptability in adjusting recruitment priorities based on evolving business needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and engagement. Qualifications Education & Years of Experience Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience Additional Experience Experience in recruitment and sourcing, including some experience working in a recruitment agency environment Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office/home office environment. Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
