Responsibilities:

Provides direct care for a multi-specialty health center including Pediatrics and Adults. Administers medications and treatments. Provides patient & family teaching and discharge instructions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma required. Basic Life Support & Infection Control Certification required. Current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse License required. Minimum of one year experience in an ambulatory setting required.
