Pay Rate Range $24-30, depending on experience

Shift & Training:

Will train on 1st shift for approx. 1 month After training: Must be open to 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) or 3rd shift (11PM-7AM) Must be available for overtime , including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze quality-related data (e.g. measurements, seals, COF, chromatograms) Support lab operations and production documentation Perform production support tasks (e.g. color standards) Follow and improve test procedures to enhance product quality Collaborate with plant staff to drive continuous improvement Actively support quality and safety policies across departments

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Quality in a manufacturing setting preferred - but we'll train the right candidate! Strong initiative, reliability, and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with tools like rulers, calipers, and lab equipment Comfortable with computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) High school diploma required Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
