Responsibilities:
Process 500-700+ invoices weekly with accuracy. Manage invoice approval workflows. Communicate with vendors to resolve issues. Manage the accounts payable inbox. Assist with payment processing. Collaborate with departments to address discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Adhere to finance policies and procedures. Take on additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in accounts payable. Must have experience processing 500+ invoices per week Proficiency in Great Plains or Oracle systems a plus Must be able to start immediately. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Pay Details:
