Role:

The Quality Inspection - Team Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety before they reach our customers. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or Six Sigma. Experience in a leadership role within a quality inspection team. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) techniques.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors to ensure effective quality control processes. Conduct regular inspections and audits of products and processes to identify areas for improvement.
