• Prepare and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)
• Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents
• Communication of arrival notification.
• Monitor and manage all assigned shipments until completion
• Arrange delivery.
• Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies, communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors Qualifications
• Bilingual with English and Chinese/Mandarin is a plus
• Entry level or experience in Air/Ocean import
• College a plus or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skill
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer Skills Schedule:

Monday to Friday Hybrid remote
