$85,000 - $165,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Lead follow up Team and individual sales Training Follow the team plan Set buyer appointments Lead follow up Execute consultations BRE signed Close sales CRM and database mastery Sales scripts

Qualifications:
