Identify opportunities for cross-selling and policy bundling to maximize client coverage. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client service and retention. Maintain compliance by following agency procedures and industry regulations. Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge. Requirements Sales-driven mindset with excellent communication and persuasion skills. Open to cold calling as part of a structured lead generation process.
