AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Manager to lead our home care operations. This role requires an independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. This full-time position involves a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-person client supervisory visits and occasional office presence in Hermitage, TN, as needed. Rotating weekend on-call responsibilities are also required. Our company is a growing, non-medical, private duty home care organization providing caregiving services to seniors and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities to allow them to continue to live in their homes throughout Tennessee This is a full-time Hybrid work from home position, you will go to the client's home for supervisory visits, you will come into the Hermitage, TN office occasionally as needed, and rotate on call weekends with others in the department. You must have high-speed internet.Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations of home care services and provide guidance to branch staff in scheduling and delivering home care services. Develop and execute client care plans, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery in compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulations. Proactively resolve problems and ensure client service requirements are met. Manage administrative functions, including client/employee scheduling, payroll processing, billing preparation, and records maintenance. Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, training, and retention. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements. Contribute to client census/revenue growth and business development initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with referral agencies. Ensure staff education, evaluations, and access to relevant regulations. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in home care and community-based services. Supervisory experience in home care and community-based services. Experience in a healthcare or corporate environment is preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Must be over 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean criminal background check (7-10 years). Ability to pass a drug screen. Must be comfortable with software and technology. Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt.
