Application Development:
Our standard development platform is Microsoft .NET for web and desktop applications, Microsoft Xamarin for cross-platform mobile development, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration. We utilize stable and proven technologies, methodologies, and frameworks to develop high-quality software business solutions and data integrations.
Database Administration and Advisory Services:
Our enterprise database environment consists primarily of Microsoft SQL Server technology supported by our team of database administrators following standard policies and procedures. We ensure that critical databases are operational 24/7 and available in a disaster situations. We also provide advisory services to programs with specialized database needs.
Software Change Management:
Our software change and configuration management follows our standard operating procedures for software production deployment. We utilize industry standard Microsoft Team Foundation Services (TFS) for source code management and automated builds and releases. Duties will include but not be limited to: Participate in the enhancement and maintenance of applications. Work independently or within a team to complete task within time and scope. Develop SQL stored procedures, views and optimize SQL processes. Promote education and knowledge transfer for design patterns, technical best practices, and relevant technologies and tools. Monitor system security and test the effectiveness of security enhancements of applications. Minimum Qualifications 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college including or supplemented by 24 semester credits in computer science or a related computer field and one year of satisfactory full-time computer software experience in computer systems development and analysis, applications programming, database administration, maintenance and support, systems programming, data communications, mainframe development, mobile development, web development and design; or 2. A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and five years of satisfactory full-time computer software experience as described in "1" above; or 3. Education and or/or experience equivalent to "1" or "2" above. College education may be substituted for up to two years of the required experience in "2" above on the basis that 60 semester credits from an accredited college is equated to one year of experience. In addition, 24 semester credits from an accredited college or graduate school in computer science or a related field, or a certificate of at least 625 hours in computer programming from an accredited technical school (post high school), may be substituted for one year of experience. However, all candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and at least one year of satisfactory full-time experience as described in "1" above. Preferred Skills Preferred minimum 2 years of strong hands-on experience of application development in .NET.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in C#,.NET 4.0/4.5, Angular, MVC5+, ADO.net, and Web Services.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in of HTML5, CSS, Javascript, JQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Strong knowledge and experience developing in Microsoft

  • Experience translating business requirements to technical specifications and database designs. Must have strong database design experience.
  • Experience and comfort providing accurate project and work effort estimates.
