The successful candidate will be responsible for installing antennas, routers, laptop mounting hardware, and other related equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in various environments, ensuring all installations meet our high standards of quality and reliability. On-site training provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure antennas, routers, laptop mounting hardware, and other related equipment.
• Ensure all installations are completed to industry standards and company specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including equipment used and work performed.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide technical support and training to clients as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during installations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification.
• Experience in installing antennas, routers, and related hardware.
• Strong understanding of networking principles and wireless communication.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with ruggedized equipment and installations in harsh environments.
• Familiarity with vehicle-mounted hardware installations.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring.
• Certification in networking (e.

g., CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA) is a plus.

Tools and Equipment Knowledge:

• Hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
• Networking tools (crimpers, cable testers, etc.)
• Laptop and mobile device configuration tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
