Known as the producers of "Soul Boom with Rainn Wilson", Companion Arts is growing in the podcast and creator platform space, while also producing several documentary and narrative feature films. We're looking for a Design Associate proficient in graphic design and short form video editing to join our creative team and work closely with our Artistic Director on a wide range of projects. This is a full-time, remote role where you'll grow your skills, flex your creativity, and produce polished, impactful content. What You'll Do:

• Design visuals for print, digital, and social media using Photoshop, Canva, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Assist in the creation of post-production schedules based around target launch/release schedules
• Craft pitch decks and visual presentations
• Collaborate and coordinate with external vendor supporting in the creation of media assets
• Design branding materials for Companion Arts or affiliated entities including logos, icons, typography, style guides, and similar materials
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Assist with asset control/organization and all other tasks assigned by management across multiple projects

What We're Looking For:

Þ 3-5 years of experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or freelance) Þ A strong portfolio that showcases both print and digital work Þ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva Þ 2-3 years' experience in motion graphics or short-form video editing Candidates should have a growth mindset. You're confident enough to ask for clarification and open enough to take direction. You're able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with professionalism and a dash of creative flair. All this while being part of a collaborative team and build long-term creative chops!

Bonus Points If You:

• Know how to optimize visuals for different platforms
• Have worked with brand guidelines or helped shape them
• Have experience in animation
