Job Description

Reference #: 1379021 Do you want to take part in positively impacting patient and healthcare needs? Hospital Central Services, Inc. & Affiliates (HCSC) a linen rental service has been dedicated to providing its partners with innovative healthcare solutions. This role will work in our Ambulatory Care Division, Roble Road Allentown, PA. The Route Service Driver delivers HCSC programs and services to ambulatory care facilities, outpatient centers, clinics, surgi-centers and physician offices via non-CDL trucks in an assigned customer territory. Duties include, but not limited to customer relationship building, customer retention, and inventory management.
  • All new hires are eligible for Bonuses.
You will be eligible to receive up to $1000 bonus within the first 180 days of employment. You will receive up to $500 for retention and attendance after 90 days and again after 180 days for a total of $1000.
Qualifications:
A High school diploma or GED required - Associates/Bachelor degree helpful A
  • A valid driver's license A
  • 4/10 hour days, Monday-Friday work week no nights A
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a service industry, previous experience working in a sales related role A
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position A
  • Prompt arrival and regular attendance is mandatory and the availability to work overtime as needed A
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently A
  • Promptly completes and turns in all required paperwork A
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management A
  • Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle record, DOT physical and drug screen A
  • On-site inventory management
Pay:
