Day to day as a Consumer Lending System Administrator Asa vital member of the Consumer Lending team at One Community Bank inOregon, Wisconsin, the Full Time Consumer Lending System Administratorplays a crucial role in managing and optimizing our mortgage andconsumer loan origination systems (LOS). This position requires anin-depth understanding of consumer lending, allowing you to ensure theintegrity, performance, and integration of essential systems likeEncompass, nCino, LaserPro, and Fiserv DNA. You will be the subjectmatter expert responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and testingthese systems while also conducting training sessions and providingtechnical support to internal users. Collaborating closely with seniorleadership, you will develop workflows and recommend system enhancementsto meet organizational needs and regulatory requirements. Your proactiveapproach will help maintain seamless data flow and system integrity,while your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders willdrive continuous improvements in our lending operations. Are you theConsumer Lending System Administrator we\'re looking for? To thrive as aFull Time Consumer Lending System Administrator at One Community Bank,candidates should possess a robust set of technical and interpersonalskills. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel andOutlook, is essential, as well as familiarity with web browsers such asChrome and Edge. Experience with key loan origination systems likeEncompass, nCino, and LaserPro is required, along with a solidunderstanding of consumer lending regulations and policies. Strongproblem-solving abilities will be invaluable in troubleshooting systemissues and optimizing performance. Effective communication skills arecrucial for collaborating with stakeholders and providing user support.

Additionally, candidates must be flexible, as occasional travel todifferent office locations may be necessary, along with after-hoursavailability for system maintenance. A keen attention to detail and theability to maintain focus on computer tasks for extended periods arealso essential for success in this role. The position will also beexpected to use the following computer programs: Microsoft Office Suite(including Word Excel Outlook) Web brow ers i.e. Chrome Edge and anyweb-based provider website (i.e. SNL) Will be expected to utilize otherprograms such as: Mortgagebot point of sale and loan origination systemsDNA LaserPro nCino Encompass Other programs as necessary

Workingconditions:

Must be able to travel between offices sometimes with nonotice and/or after-hours Must be available after-hours for scheduledsystems maintenance and/or emergency support Occasional travel may berequired to attend training sessions or meetings held off site or atother branch locations. Physical presence will be required at the bankand some telecommuting is offered for this position

Online classes - Online classes are assigned for thisposition and are expected to be completed on an annual basis. BankPolicies - similar to the online classes Bank policies are assigned tobest fit this position and are expected to be reviewed understood andsigned on an annual basis. Employees are also expected to attendinternal policy training sessions. Other training as assigned

RequiredQualifications/Skills/Abilities:

At least 2 years Encompass 1 year nCinoand 1 year LaserPro system experience or a combination of experience.
