Required Qualification:

High School Diploma AND 1+ year() experience warehoue/upply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehoue management, or a related field OR equivalent experience.

Inbound and Outbound Logitic Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming/outgoing deliverie (e.g. purchae order [PO] receiving, Rack Movement Supervior [RMS] activitie). Document inbound/outbound package. Receive, confirm, track, tore, dipatche, and deliver material from the warehoue to detination, including production facilitie, retail tore, and corporate office. Applie appropriate cutom documentation and tandard for outbound package. Enure complete and detailed phyical inventory tracking and taging. Cutomer Service Maintain a trong focu to undertand the impact of their work when completing ticket and aigned Inventory and Aet Management (IAM) tak. Enure IAM tak are completed accurately a requeted, a well a meet company and indutry tandard and policie. Build trong working relationhip with cutomer. Identifie, coordinate, manage expectation, and offer alternative when defining takeholder olution in light of ongoing company tandard, operation, and procedure (e.g., chedule, technical feaibility, policy, procedure, tool). Inventory Management Maintain and teward up-to-date and accurate logical information within variou inventory management ytem (e.g., configuration management databae, aet management repoitorie). Perform inventory cycle audit, data correction, and variou Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity. Perform material movement, including hipping/receiving and inventory management per tandard proce. Warranty Proce Management Engage upplier to initiate warranty claim when automation i not available and procee the order. Procee failed vendor hardware device uing online/other tool, including information proceing, packaging, hipment, and receipt of return for Return Merchandie Authorization (RMA) device. Follow all Service Level Agreement (SLA) related to RMA warranty proce. Data Bearing Device (DBD) Detruction Perform detruction of data bearing device (DBD) following all Service Level Agreement (SLA) and policie a neceary. Enure DBD erial number matche with databae. Coordinate with and overee any third-party vendor who perform DBD detruction a neceary. Procurement Notifie management about ordering tock hortage. Ecalate any iue to management. Operational Excellence Follow procedure to contribute to plan to develop, build, and run methodologie. Enure execution according to accepted procedure for conitency, accuracy, and timeline of delivery.
