Position Qualifications:

', '\nOne (1) year or more related Property & Casualty experience', '\nHigh School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred', '\nStrong verbal, listening and written communication skill; Bilingual English/Spanish preferred', '\nApply professional and effective phone skills', '\nCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills', '\nAbility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment', '\nAbility to use problem-solving and decision-making skills to help customers and process work', '\nStrong computer skills including typing, spreadsheets, word processing software and CRM applications', '\nMust be dependable, and reliable', '\nWork schedule may fluctuate based on business needs', '\nThis position will be reporting to the Dallas, TX office.
