Job Description:

We are seeking a Composite Manufacturing Technician to join our team on a 1st shift (5:00am - 2:30pm) Monday-Friday under a 9/80 work schedule . The ideal candidate will perform a variety of hands-on tasks including pre-stacking, kitting, molding, demolding, bonding, and finishing composite parts. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience looking to grow in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble, demold, bond, and finish composite components Fill, sand, grind, clean, cut, and trim parts with hand/power tools Read and follow work instructions, travelers, and standard operating procedures Maintain tools, equipment, molds, and clean work areas Move parts and materials between operations as needed Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Experience using hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to work overtime when needed Must be a U.S. person per ITAR regulations (citizen or permanent resident)
