Assist buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, ensuring smooth processes from start to finish. Conduct property tours, market analysis, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and build a network of real estate contacts. Stay informed on local market conditions and trends to provide clients with expert advice. Manage transactions, including preparing offers, coordinating inspections, and working with escrow and lenders.Qualifications:
Active California Real Estate License. 1+ years of experience as a real estate agent preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn from one of the top real estate professionals in the industry. Need to work 40+ hours a week and have weekends available.Compensation:
