Integrity Business is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team serving Columbia, SC and the surrounding areas. Integrity Business has been providing technology solutions to local businesses since 2006. With a focus on print technology in the beginning, Integrity expanded their offering to include a complete IT solution for businesses in 2017. Our goal for all our clients is to help them grow by equipping them with the right technology that will help them achieve their business goals. As an IT Support Technician, you will provide remote and onsite support to our clients that involves managing and troubleshooting: Networking equipment including ISP modems, firewalls, routers, switches, access points and more. Servers and file sharing technology including Azure, Windows Server OS, network attached storage devices, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft SharePoint. Workstations using Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. VoIP phone systems that utilize desk phones and application phones. Email systems such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Remote monitoring and management tools deployed in client environments. Security tools that clients use such as security software and email security. To be successful as an IT Support technician, you will need to: Listen to the client to understand the technology issue. Research and determine causes of the technology issue. Resolve the technology issue and confirm with the client it is resolved. Communicate and set expectations with the clients on service delivery. Coordinate with the Integrity support team on service delivery needs and scheduling. Document all activities and time you took to complete a ticket. Create or update knowledge base articles and configurations so they are accurate for future service. Stay up to date on the tools you use to provide support. Stay up to date on IT trends impacting small businesses and Integrity's clients. The skills needed to be an IT Support Technician are the ability to: Clearly communicate over the phone, by email, and in-person. Accurately document steps, activities, and time taken when working on each ticket. Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service to Integrity's clients. Manage your time effectively to be on time for remote and onsite appointments. Set clear expectations with the client on service delivery or if changes are needed. Quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve technology issues for Integrity's clients and fulfill requests. Be available to be on rotation for weekend on call support every few weeks. Compensation and benefits : $45k - $55k annual salary DOE Paid time off Health insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Requirements for this position : CompTIA A+, Security+, and/or Network+ preferred IT industry experience providing support to businesses environments preferred Valid driver's license required Integrity Business is headquartered in Conway, SC. This position is currently a remote position as we establish our office building in Columbia, SC. This position will not be remote once we establish our Columbia office. This position will require onsite visits to client locations to provide service when needed.
