Role:

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role will primarily focus on learning and applying manual payments to our new billing system, as well as running aging reports regularly to assist with collections.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Learn and utilize our new billing system for accurate payment processing. Apply all manual payments to the billing system in a timely and accurate manner. Run and review aging reports on a recurring basis to identify overdue accounts. Assist with collections efforts by following up on overdue balances and working with clients as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer accounts.

Requirements:

Willingness to learn and adapt to a new billing system. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and generating reports. Ability to manage accounts receivable and assist with collections efforts. Previous experience in accounts receivable or a related field is a plus.
