Processing and testing of applicants will occur throughout the year on an ongoing basis. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school or the equivalent. Possess and maintain a valid driver license. Candidates who pass all portions of the NTN Law Enforcement test with an overall average score of 75% or higher in the Human Relations Video section, Writing section, and Reading section, will be eligible to continue in the selection process. National Testing Network is a service provided to conduct entry level testing in a standardized, professional environment. National Testing Network does not replace the Henderson Police Department's responsibility and decision making in the testing process. Physical Fitness Test and Preliminary Interview Candidates who receive a passing score on the NTN test, will be notified via email to self-schedule for the Physical Fitness Test (PFT). Those that successfully pass the PFT, will be invited to self-schedule via email for the Preliminary Interview. Preliminary Interviews will be conducted using the video teleconference/meeting application Microsoft Teams. Groups of applicants will be processed in this manner on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
